3-Step Monitoring Process

Baseline Capture

  • Users perform 5-minute guided breathing exercises to establish a personalized respiratory baseline.

  • CMAP records normal breathing patterns, heart rate (BPM), and oxygen saturation (SpO2).

Active Monitoring

  • Tracks deviations from baseline:
    • Day Apnea® (shallow/daytime breathing)
    • Screen Apnea® (breath-holding during screen use)
    • Tachypnea/Bradypnea (abnormal rhythms)
  • Alerts via haptic vibrations or audio cues for immediate correction.

Pulse Oximetry Integration

  • Optional finger/earlobe sensors (USB-C or Bluetooth®) for:
    • Blood oxygen levels (SpO2)
    • Heart rate variability (HRV)
  • Syncs data with third-party wellness apps (e.g., Breathwrk, Othership).
